Local first
Call logs, SMS content and standard recordings stay on your device.
Consent for anything sensitive
Live Guard and Hand-Off each have their own consent step and start only when you choose.
Honest about encryption
Cally Chat is AES-256 encrypted, but it is not end-to-end encrypted, and we say so plainly in our policy.
App Check protected backend
Server functions that Guard calls are protected by Firebase App Check and rate limited.
No ad targeting from your calls
Audio and messages are never used for advertising, and AI models are not retrained on them.
Delete anytime
Delete your account in the app, or by email. Deletions complete within 48 hours.
